Our Story
Alaska was founded on the understanding that innovative businesses need strong legal protection to turn creativity into valuable assets. Specializing in intellectual property, the firm brings together technical expertise in trademarks, patents, industrial designs, software, and copyrights, working alongside businesses that build their competitive edge on intangible assets.
Today, Alaska’s mission is to work closely with each client on their intellectual property strategy: drafting and reviewing contracts, corporate structuring, IP portfolio analysis, and identifying opportunities to protect and monetize assets. It’s an ongoing process, with an open file that evolves alongside the business.

Behind Alaska
Ariane Fonseca Dalazuana
Ariane is an attorney specializing in Intellectual Property, with a practice focused on protecting trademarks, patents, industrial designs, computer programs, and trade secrets.
She founded Alaska to bring the same technical rigor she had applied for years to managing portfolios for major corporations to startups, inventors, and businesses of all sizes.
Her journey began at university, when she discovered the world of intellectual property and decided to delve deeper into it. Since then, she has worked on filing and managing numerous applications in Brazil and around the world. She learned how to develop protection strategies for trademarks, patents, and industrial designs at multinational companies and through daily collaboration with foreign law firms.
Ariane specializes in Philosophy of Law at PUCPR and Business Law at PUCRS. She also serves as a Reporting Member of the OAB/PR Intellectual Property Committee.
At Alaska, it all starts with a belief: protecting what a company creates means protecting the business itself.
That’s why every client engagement combines legal expertise, strategic insight, and a personal approach.
